HAMILTON, OH (FOX19)- A suspect has been arrested after a robbery at a Hamilton drive-thru.
It happened just before 10 p.m. Thursday night at Minnick's drive-thru on Dixie Highway.
The suspect, who was wearing a black face
mask, entered the store, demanding money and cigarettes from an employee. He then fled the store with an undetermined
amount.
Hamilton police
officers responded to the scene and upon searching the area for the suspect,
observed Justin Ervin standing in front
of Hamilton Inn. Officers
noticed that Ervin fit the description of an earlier robbery that occurred
at Minnick's on January 28, 2013.
Hamilton
Police detectives were called in to investigate and Justin Ervin was arrested
and charged with Aggravated Robbery and Robbery.
