HAMILTON, OH (FOX19)- A Hamilton Police Officer is being credited with saving a man's life.
Officers Jason Holmes and Scott Arbino were dispatched to a residence on Kahn Avenue on Monday evening on a report of a man unconscious and possibly not breathing.
On arrival, officers found the
47-year-old man not breathing and without a pulse. Holmes began CPR and after some time the
subject was found have a pulse and was breathing.
On arrival of the Hamilton Fire Department
Paramedics, the man was transported to the hospital and expected to make a full
recovery.
Annually, Hamilton Police Officers attend
hours of in-service training on a wide variety of law enforcement and public
safety topics. In the fall of 2012, one
of the topics covered was CPR training.

laws the name of the subject cannot be released without his permission.
