MIDDLETOWN, OH (FOX19)- Middletown Police are investigating a fatal crash involving a pedestrian.
It happened just after midnight on Wednesday morning in the 4500 block of Central Avenue.
Police say Ellen Bolinger-Morrison, of Middletown, was driving a GMC Envoy eastbound when she possible experienced some sort of medical problem. She drove off the roadway, striking a pedestrian and several mailboxes.
The pedestrian was identified as Cody Casada, of Bavarian Drive, who was walking home from work. Casada was pronounced dead at the scene.
Bolinger-Morrison was treated at Atrium Medical Center.
The incident is under investigation and charges are pending.
