MIDDLETOWN, OH (FOX19)- A Middletown man is behind bars and facing several charges after leading police on a chase.
Police say Brandon McQueen, 31, violated a protection order to stay away from his wife and broke into her home and stole money and a credit card.
He was spotted leaving the area in a blue pick up truck. A traffic stop was initiated and McQueen fled, leading officers on a pursuit from Marshall Road to Manhattan Street near University Boulevard, where he surrendered after backing into a Middletown police vehicle.
McQueen is in the Middletown City Jail, charged with aggravated burglary, violation of a TPO, eluding, driving under suspension, drug abuse and other traffic offenses.
