HAMILTON, OH (FOX19)- A Hamilton man is behind bars on several counts of child porn.
Timothy Michael Adkins, 42, was indicted on one count of gross sexual imposition and 20 counts of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor. He was arrested on June 2 in Hamilton.
According to the Butler County Prosecutor's Office, Adkins is accused of downloading, reproducing and possessing child pornography from March through June of this year.
According to an arrest report, the gross sexual imposition charge stems from an incident involving a 2-year-old girl in June.
He is being held on a $25,000 bond. A pre-trial hearing is scheduled for August 1.
