HAMILTON, OH (FOX19)- Local law enforcement call it an epidemic: Heroin.
A group of concerned residents gathered Friday afternoon for a rehabilitation rally at the Butler County Government Services Building on High Street.
The main goal of the rally was to educate those addicted to heroin and their families about the help that's available, as well as point out the need for more resources.
